This oil has an efficient deep-frying formula designed for intense cooking, containing 100% refined sunflower oil with high polyunsaturated fatty acid content, antifoaming agent (E900) added, with a 225°C smoking point. The up to 30 hours of fry life is 2.5x times longer compared to standard sunflower oil. Ideal for cheese pies, broths, donuts and similar products.
