This oil has an efficient deep-frying formula designed for intense cooking, containing 70% refined high oleic sunflower oil + 30 rapeseed oil, with a 235°C smoking point. The up to 60 hours of fry life is 5.5x times longer compared to standard sunflower oil. Ideal for low frying pan frying of all deep-frozen and floured products.
