This oil has an efficient deep-frying formula designed for intense cooking, containing 50% refined sunflower oil + 50% refined high oleic sunflower oil, antifoaming agent (E900) added, with a 230°C smoking point. The up to 42 hours of fry life is 3.5x times longer compared to standard sunflower oil. Ideal for low frying pan frying of all deep-frozen and floured products.
